The Process

General Requirements for SIRV

To apply for SIRV, you will typically need to provide the following:

• Duly Accomplished SIRV Application Form

• Valid Passport with a valid visa

• Medical Clearance from an accredited clinic

• Police Clearance from the applicant’s country of origin and NBI clearance (if residing in the Philippines for more than 30 days)

• Proof of Investment in a BOI-accredited business or investment vehicle

• Bank Certificate of Investment Deposit (minimum investment amount required by the BOI)

• Proof of Financial Capacity

• Passport-size Photos

• BOI Processing Fees
