2GO Takes Over! New Courier for U.S. Visa Applications Starts August 1

Great news for visa applicants! The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines has officially announced that 2GO Express will be the new designated courier for visa document submission and delivery, starting August 1, 2025. This change replaces the long-standing courier partner, LBC, and aims to streamline and improve the overall visa application process for applicants nationwide.

What This Means for You

Beginning August 1, all document-related transactions (submission and delivery) tied to U.S. visa applications must be done through 2GO Express.

Key Highlights:

2GO Express Premium Drop-off/Pick-up Service: Available in selected branches nationwide for a Php 600 service fee.
FREE Services Still Available: Applicants may still drop off or pick up their passports/documents for free at the U.S. Embassy’s Visa Application Center in Parqal Mall, Parañaque City.
This transition is aimed at providing wider access and enhanced service coverage for applicants across the Philippines.
